Implant process for non-restorable tooth #8

1st appointment- Extracted #8 and filled the extraction site with Puros Allograft (acts as a filler so your own bone can regenerate)

2nd appointment- A CT and Trios scan was taking for the fabrication of a surgical guide.

3rd appointment- Guided Implant Placement of #8

4th appointment- Dr. Patel uncovered the implant and tested it for osseointegration (when the implant becomes one with the bone).

5th appointment- Trios scan to have a temporary crown fabricated to allow for the same gingival contour as the patients previous natural tooth

6th appointment- Final Crown delivery by the patients general dentist
