Not only is Dr. Patel exceptionally gifted and skilled, he is kind and explains the procedure every step of the way to put you at ease. Thank you also to his surgical assistant Jenny, who is wonderful. My own dentist said she would go here if she needed specialized treatment!

I went to my primary dentist regarding what turned out to be a cracked tooth that needed to be removed and the process of an implant started. My dentist recommended Dr. Patel’s practice as his first choice for me. I found out that my son had been a patient of Dr. Patel’s and he enthusiastically recommended Lorton Springfield Oral Surgery. My dentist called and Dr. Patel was able to see me the next day.
From the time I entered the office of Lorton Springfield Oral Surgery to the time I left the staff were friendly, professional and understanding of my situation.
I thought I would be in the chair for at least 2 hours but Dr. Patel’s knowledge and expertise cut that time in half. Understanding my concerns regarding needles and the stress of this procedure Dr Patel and staff made the process practically painless. It was great to feel that I was heard and my concerns addressed.
After all was completed I left with the feeling that I was truly appreciated as a patient and now a friend. I would recommend Lorton Springfield Oral Surgery to family and friends.

I went to have my isdom teeth removed. Many dentist can do this as Dr. Patel did. The real issue was a complicated case of my Mother. She needed extensive work by the best professional team we could locate. The office is caring, professional and in our opinion one of the top dental surgery offices in the DMV area. You can feel comfortable going to this office for the most complicated cases.

Thanks for the flowers, I thought my surgery went VERY WELL, not much swelling or pain!!! Taking the Amoxicillin, a GREAT precaution for oral surgery. I really liked your prenumbing swab of the area before you gave me shots, and the options on pain managment (listed on web site). But you should confirm this before the day of procedure so the patient can decide BEFORE showing up. Also the light was VERY powerful shinning in the eyes. Recommend putting a cloth or blind over the patient’s eyes. Thanks again for pulling my tooth and will see you September 13th.

I am a VERY anxious dental patient. Dr. Patel and his staff were very caring and compassionate. They offered twilight sedation for my tooth extraction. When I came time for the implant, I went with just local anesthesia. The whole procedure was very smooth and quicker than I anticipated. I’ve had fillings (at other places) that were worse than the implant! Would recommend them, and will definitely use them for an future needs.
